Requirements
The successful candidate will be part of a team required to provide a broad range of administration services to new and existing clients. Our eGaming and Digital team has worked with many well-known businesses assisting them with eGaming licence applications and the integration of digital currencies in their business model. The team embraces and understands the enormous potential of the blockchain and has recently advised on:
• OGRA B2B and B2C licence applications
• ICO and ITO projects
• Crypto exchanges and trading companies
• Holding crypto assets
• Metaverse projects
• NFT projects
A good working knowledge of statutory, company secretarial and compliance matters together with excellent organisational skills are important to this position. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of the sector and have 3+ years of relevant experience in either a CSP or digital background. The team is looking for a person with:
• An understanding or background of/in the eGaming industry
• A keen interest in keeping up to date with legislative change
• Computer literate skills (MS Office and Outlook)

The client has provided independent, global fiduciary services to professional advisers, international corporate groups and private clients for more than 30 years. It has more than 50 people working at offices in the Isle of Man, British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong and Portugal with staff speaking more than 13 languages. Our Isle of Man office has recently been awarded UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man Partner status.
