Key Tasks
Manages day to day operations of global payroll & pension. Taking ownership of the policies, procedures and guidelines around all of these processes and liaising with all our stakeholder and partners.
Organise the payments to consultants globally.
Review and research pay and benefits in line with appropriate market benchmarks for new and existing job roles.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommend revisions to compete with market trends.
Review and amend this structure when required, create policies and procedures around this to guide all employees on the process.
Design and maintain a reward and recognition programmes that fits with the company culture and ethos.
Providing HR advice to managers and all staff on reward queries.
Advise Managers and Directors on best practice, policy and legal implications of reward decisions in line with each countries policies and guidelines.
You will conduct ongoing research into emerging trends & best practices, feeding back to the senior management team as well as the administration of annual salary review and bonus pay-outs both quarterly and annually.
Qualifications/Experience required:
Completed CIPD Level 3+ and 3+ years of proven strong experience working within pay and reward.
Experience in working with HR data in an HR, pensions, payroll, reward, employee benefits and/or project role.
Strong experience in grading structures within a business.
Used to utilising different sources of employee benchmark data detailing pay, employee benefits, terms and conditions and related employment information.
Able to work confidently with large volumes of employee data on Excel.
Exploring data and using insight to identify patterns and solutions.
Understanding of the data being utilised and seeking solutions to help deliver the project objectives.
Shows excitement and passion when talking about HR and has ideas on how we can make improvements.
Up to date knowledge of IOM and UK Employment Legislation plus other locations would be a huge advantage.
Proactive, organised, resilient and able to work flexibly to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results.
Comfortable working with all levels of colleagues.
Excellent with Microsoft Office applications: especially Excel.
Ability to engage stakeholders and give added value information.
Experience working with a diverse workforce.
