Role and Key Responsibilities
To provide support to the Associate Directors at a senior administration level.
To attend to day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trust and corporate
structures holding a range of assets including real estate, investments, yachts and
aircraft, including, but not limited to, preparation of trustee and director minutes,
direct client liaison, paying client expenses, statutory compliance, invoicing and cash
collection. The role will also include a focus towards on-boarding, client due diligence
and bank account opening, experience in these fields is advantageous.
To work closely with our client accounting, tax, compliance and statutory teams to
ensure that all matters relating to our clients are addressed on a timely basis.
Key Skills & Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Trust and Company services sector.
Hold or be studying towards a relevant CSP qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA.
Experience of on-boarding would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise.
The ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire
to take on responsibility.
